Enjoy watching the streaming services, but it was always buffering. I thought it was the Wi-Fi, internet speed or placement etc. Put this Roku stick in the back and BAM, no more buffering, lagging or "Cannot Connect". The LG store also does not have as many apps as does Roku. Didn't really want another remote to deal with, but also didn't enjoy all the interruptions to my viewing.

However, setup wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped. We had to start over again from scratch several times. It seemed like we’d get one step further each time. Once set up, it’s easy to use.

However beware using this with TCL Android TV. I own a few of these devices with Samsung and LG TV's but somehow they don't function right with TCL. I cannot figure out why and even swapped them between devices and the problem follows the TCL TV. The video and audio work as expected, however the RF signal is interrupted when using with TCL TV. I have to use the Roku app to get it to work with TCL. The first and last TCL Android TV I will buy.

Would recommend especially for mounted tv

I'd only recommend the Ultra over the streaming stick if your tv isn't mounted on the wall and your modem is right next to the tv.
