    Fairly simple to use though some family members did have difficulty with navigation. Is not compatible to stream 4K with some tv's in the household. Has infrequent hiccups with stability every now and then but nothing that lasts long.

    This Roku works as advertised. I had some difficulty getting it to work in a hotel. It may have been the hotel's wifi that was the problem. I tried calling Roku customer service and they did not provide any helpful information on how best to connect to a hotel wifi.

    Only 4 stars for the remote quality, feels pretty dinky and already the volume buttons dont seem to work but overall great compared to the 4 amazon fire sticks we went through...
