    Roku Great for Streaming

    ROKU works well with the LG TV. Only issue is the Magic Remote is not compatible with Roku so you have to have two remotes. But otherwise, works well.

    Best thing ever. I wish i would of known that the Roku is awesome! Channels and sound is great. I canceled cable for Roku now i save alot of money $$$

    I bought this because Roku my basic Roku devices in the house became obsolete and messages kept popping up saying the device couldn’t handle the TV and/WI-FI connection. So I bought this expensive kit. It constantly glitches all day long. It’s annoying!

    Have to unplug it from the AC power and plug back in each time I go to Roku.

    Its ok. Sometimes you have to pull it out to reset it. Because its a stick, that makes it harder to unplug and plug in.

    Compared to the other two streaming devices that we all know, this is far superior. The Black Friday price made it the right time to try Roku.

    was not worth the extra 50 over the reg unit... and did not work shortly after purchase. Very disappointed.

    I found it very hard to under stand the instructions. Impossible to find the local channels .Needed help to sink with the TV .My main complacent is technology on the TV is not designed for the average OLD man to understand.

    Stopped working after 2 months. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s past the return period and Ruku’s customer service sucks. They make it impossible to get a return authorization for warranty. If you are buying this product purchase the extended warranty or just buy a fire stick at least they have some type of customer support.

    The stick works great! Except for Roku’s disagreement with Disney+ !! Don’t get Hulu+ disney+ unless you have “without ads” subscription !!!

    Made my tv a smart tv which helped reduce the wires so I could mount my tv. I used to have to connect it to a console now no visible wires!

    Had roku express prior, and was annoyed by the range of the remote (remote didn’t work from certain angles). This did not have that issue.

    I returned this after it stopped working. I had called Roku customer service, who couldn’t figure out the problem. I got a Chromecast with Google TV 4K, and it works great.

    Very disappointed! After years of being a happy Roku user I had issues with the 2 new 4K sticks I bought. After hours of wasted time on chats and calls with Roku support I finally gave up and threw the device in the trash. Roku support is horrible and not at all supportive. When it works the Roku platform is great, but they are worthless if you have a hardware issue even with a brand new device. Unfortunately the Best Buy return policy is 14 days, otherwise I would have returned it.
