It stopped working today and Best Buy said they only have a 15 day return so I have to contact Roku. That is also a disaster. You can't call them. Everything is done through email. This is my second one to fail. I have never had any issues with the Firestick.

I contacted them yesterday and they want $1. to start and then $55./year. They put it on my card right away and I got a call from the card company regarding fraudulent transaction (?). I cancelled that, and so far NO ROKU SERVICER!

Worked fine for a few days/weeks, then would shut off and we could not re-boot them and have them stay on. Did all of the suggested fixes including an HDMI extension, but still shut off. Had pretty good reviews and that is why we went with it, but it did not perform for us. Was on a 40" Sony with good air circulation.
