We had a lot of trouble with a previous one, this seems to have cured the issues. BB was very helpful and gave us a credit on the return of the defective one.

I will say though sometimes an app (i.e. Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc.) may glitch every once in a while, but that might also have to do with some inclement weather I was experiencing where I live. Overall, I enjoy it and would definitely recommend.

IMO no one can compete with Apple's ease of use and over all quality. Yes I realize the price difference if you can afford go Apple TV.

I could not get the Roku stick to use Dolby Digital, even after contacting Roku support (who told me it was a problem with my subscriptions - it wasn't), so I went back to a new FireStick and it just worked.

Fast, Responsive and Recommended
