Posted .Hello there, thanks for sharing. Help has arrived! It's important to note that all Roku devices should have a stable internet connection to avoid a playback issue. To check, you can Press Home>Network>Check Network Connection. Additionally, make sure that your device has the latest software version. If the streaming device is connected to the TV, try plugging it directly into the power source to check if the device is receiving sufficient power. Also, please try to do a system restart. Which means all the bit and pieces were suppose to be there. They were not all there., I new this was a minimal performance model but it is frustratingly slow
