I had an older television and this converted it to a smart tv. My newer televisions would not support the Xfinity app, but this Roku did. I have saved $85 per month by purchasing this. I'm never going back to a cable box. I especially like that there is no lag time when usung the Roku.

Inexpensive, easy to install, easy to boot-up, and easy to use. Provides not only access to ROKU programming (much of which is free) but also provides a gateway to other streaming services (like Netflix, which we also use).

The versatility of being able to take it with you to use when traveling is a great benefit. This Wifi range us also excellent. A great buy. I did away with an extra tv box from my cable provider with this Roku product. I highly recommend it.

Excellent device to take with you if you want. I still wish they would offer a way to change the dedicated buttons on the remote for streaming services, though. It's too random and hard to find the ones I use. Overall, a great device.
