Using it on an older 1080 tv (not a smart tv) so I can't take advantage of the 4k. All apps run smoothly, no issues there. HBO max and Disney + usually freeze on our PS4, but not on this Roku. 4 stars for the fact that the power cord is a little short so I'm stretching it a bit, but other than that, a solid product!

Was OK to hook up & connect; but needed help in setting up w/the Remote provided (by a kid in their 20's) so that I could Stream off of my Comcast connection. Now works fine.

I am very computer illiterate and accidentally missed the choice for English. Had to translate words from German to English and I am not bilingual. Yes, it was my fault but perhaps put a “translation “ key or whatever for those people like me. A grandma who needs help with the basics. Thank you though. Other than that it’s a good thing.
