The associatie at Best Buy took quite some time to answer all my questions about different streaming devices vs streaming tvs vs etc. Between researching on my own prior to entering the store, his knowledge and experience guided me to the best experience... and saved me $230 a month dropping Xfinity.

It losses 1 star due to cannot power from TV USB port(error displays insufficient power). Must use included power adapter which I had to run another power cord just for that. It’s a little over priced.

Mainly the mute button. When I’m doing anything I’m always accidentally hitting the mute button. Very irritating.
