Cool device

Pushed to it by Comcast itself who stated "we don't want to be in the device rental business; get Roku (or Firestick) and use the Xfinity Stream App (although that app is in "beta")." So far so good. Remote needs lights to see keys if watching in the dark/night.

Installation issues.

The remote was pre-linked to the device from the factory. Had to refer to Google to find the fix. Good thing that I was installing it and not my aging mother!!!! After that, thinks have been okay for my mom.

Just a little buffering to deal with. The remote is very small and the mute button on outer edge i gets touched too often
