I have an older HD television that is not wireless. This solved all streaming requirements for Netflix and Hulu

This thing is amazing. I have gone through many devices to stream movies and none have held up as well as this one.

Purchased for my grandmother to use with her only flat screen television. Now she watches Netflix.

What I like most is the easy setup and use. My 5yr old loves it and can pretty much find the kids programs, games and movies without by herself. There are so many options/apps to choose from. I'm so satisfied. Already recommended it to 3 of my friends.

Gave as a gift to my son, he says he loves it, he is actually streaming through and hdmi adapter and it works great.

It was a little moody it getting it set up and the "phaser" eats up batteries rather quickly.

Had to use a credit card to set up wasn't to happy about that, but besides that works fine.

It has been a helpful addition to my viewing system; although slightly glitchy at times.

I purchased this item to use on a second tv since we already have previously purchased a roku that doesn't go into the hdmi. This picture quality is better and I don't have that pesky box in the way. I love this and wouldn't trade it for anything. :)

I have the Apple TV as well and the Roku works way better and quicker. It loads faster.

I needed a Roku that was compatible with Sling TV. The unit we purchased delivers all the options we were missing.

The roku streaming stick is excellent. Small footprint , packed with features and has an attractive price. One problem though, it seems to unpair with its dedicated remote from time to time. Luckily, the free smartphone app can control it and allow you to pair the remote again.

Roku has built a solid base and is always adding new channels and features. This has been accepted by my wife. :-)

Roku is great for people who wish to have access to wider variety of programs especially other languages. I find this device not only easy to use but also the operational quality is great. I just plugged it in and it was ready to use. I am loving it and would recommend it to all.

We love the Roku line of products and decided to get one of these for our daughter's television. Some things to keep in mind when buying this product: - It's slower (processor-wise) than a regular Roku (version 2 or higher). Don't expect to stream 4k videos to this Roku or expect the highest definition available. - It needs a power source. If your TV is relatively new and has a powered-USB connection in the back with the other A/V connectors, then you should have no problem. There is a micro-USB connector on the stick that you will need to connect to the USB slot on the back of your television. A cable comes with the product and its relatively long in case your HDMI and USB connections are not super close.

It is a bit slower to toggle between apps but overall I'd recommend it. Especially if you have a wall mounted tv
