Got this for my mother as a gift for Christmas. Very easy to setup. Only thing I don't like about it is that you need to give a credit card for initial setup. Not sure why it needs to have a payment option unless you are going to purchase something. Like the remote and that makes it simple enough for a mom to use.

I had already a Roku 3, I bought the Roku Streaming Stick only to use the TWC APP TV in the bedrooms for receive all Timewarner's channels (I didnt want pay for another cable HD BOX). Works great with TWC APP TV. The main difference with the Roku 3 is the speed of menu, but the price of this Roku Stick is around 1/3 of Roku 3. Good product, Pier

Works great simple to set up and no hassle and great price.

I bought this because I owned a Chromecast but couldn't easily control it with my Windows Phone. Roku has an app, so I figured I'd give it a try. The device performs well, and I haven't had any major issues. There are plenty of video services available, so you'll definitely be able to find something to watch.

Quick set up. Easy to use and find channels to watch right away.

Needed a device to enable one to watch movies on a TV in a spare room with no cable access and this nailed it! Love the 'stick' version...no box and wires. Also less expensive than some other options. Very pleased! Only 'con' was that there was no buttered popcorn in the box.

Got this for my dad to use Netflix, Rdio, Pandora. Was easy to set up. The remote is simple enough for most to comprehend. The remote has shortcuts yo netflix and Rdio which is nice. The interface is good, not complez. Sometimes it locks up and require a reboot, but not a big deal if you can live with it.

Got this for my kids playroom to stream Netflix and sling tv. Works great with all apps! Only thing to watch out for is if your tv is mounted to a wall and your hdmi ports are on the back and not the side of the tv you'll want an angle adapter as the stick was almost too long to plug in perpendicular to the tv with the space to the wall.

At the Black Friday this year I bought two new 48 inch Samsung SMART wifi enabled TV's and a Roku streaming stick for my old 42 inch Sony TV. The Roku connected TV connected to my wifi with no issues and works flawlessly. I use mainly Netflix and the Roku connected TV connects to NEFLIX in much less than half the time of the SMART TV's. The Roku connected TV is also in the basement and the farthest distance from the wireless wifi antenna. The Roku remote responds very quickly but I downloaded a Roku app to my android phone and use that all the time for my Roku TV remote. But when I am on the phone and watching I use the roku dedicated remote and that works great too. I am a little sorry I bought the SMART TV's as the dumb TV with the Roku stick works better.

I have regular LED TV and does not have smart features. I wanted to try something cost effective. This is really a good product. Easy streaming. However, only 4 stars because text input is a little bit more time taking activity with such sticks. More user friendly feature would have earned 5 stars from me...

This is a great device that is easy to set up and easy to use

Easy to set up. Just plug it in. It took awhile to put account info on but now it is set to go. I have Roku's on my tv and sent one off with my kid to college. My family is hooked! Now we are streaming our favorite shows.

This is my second roku streaming stick. I have one in the living one and one in the bedroom. Love how small it is and how you can plug the power cord into the USB port of the tv. So you don't see a single wire hanging from your tv. I have never had any issues with streaming or connectivity. I would consider very comparable to Apple TV.

I love my Roku. It took me a while to try it only because I was not sure what it was. Now I have gotten rid of Cable. The Roku turns your tv into a smart tv with thousands of apps for endless entertainment that you can watch when to have time. I have recommended this product to anyone that will listen and my family can't live without it.
