I've been through two of the Roku Streaming sticks in the previous 3 years, each with a different issue. The first one, it was the unit burning out from a power surge, and now my current one ceasing to connect to wifi. I love roku, but I may consider switching them out for an Apple TV this time.

Ok, but I took them back to order the new Roku 3 .Nice responsive device. Love the remote.

y need cable when u have this. im told to do 50 characters so now im just wri ting to fill that up

easy to set up and work. Already downloaded apps is helpful.

It is hard to get past the sluggish interface on the Sitck. The video and music streaming are solid but I thought we were long past the time where you had to wait for a button push to show up on the screen. Get the Model 3 or he Amazon Stick.

bought this to be able to stream movies after purchasing a Blu-ray surround system without wifi.

Able to easily stream movies from all sources very quickly.

All you have to do is plug in back of TV and follow installation directions.

I didn't like that you had to pay for movies and they were older shows.

I picked this up for my Mom so she can watch Netflix. When setting it up, you have to open an account with Roku. Fine, that's to be expected. But, after you put in your name, email address etc..., Roku wants you to enter in a credit card number. Why does Roku need my credit card number??? Netflix already has it! The part that is crazy is that this is not optional. You cannot skip this step!!!! I googled this and found the only way to skip this step is to call Roku's tech support and have them manually overide this step. Are you freaking kidding me?!? After about 20 mins on the line, they were finally able to get me past this step. At the end of the call, I said, 'I gotta ask, you must get this call all the time?'. The lady politely said, 'all day, every day'. NO!!! I would not recommend this product.

Not the best but it gets the job done. Would rather have an Apple TV

Don't have cable at home but this is the best thing ever if you have Hulu or Netflix.

I'm glad I chose a roku stick. We get a lot of use out of it. Love the screen mirroring!

Easy set up. Can get local tv if you have pay tv. I watch abc news on it all the time.

This was a gift. She is enjoying using it and found it very easy to install.
