Works good when it works

Both of the sticks I have have exhibited issues with freezing up and getting warm to the touch. I read on some tech boards that this is due to the design where the HDMI port is too close to the stick itself and this causes the freeze and unit to get warm. I have a Roku 3 and have no issues with anything like this. I would recommend spending the extra $20-30 and getting a Roku 2 or 3 instead where there is a cord for the HDMI. I would've bought a Roku 1 had they still sold them rather than the stick.
