More difficult than expected

This was purchased for a elderly woman in an assisted living room and she was unable to use. Under right circumstances, this could be a good product

Not worth the extra money

I couldn't get it set up with my tv, and the customer service that roku offers is a joke! I was on the phone for 1hr and they didn't help at all.

I have to pay a monthly fee for this. There are very few free options & those are mostly older tv shows & movies. You have to pay extra for most everything.
