I don't have cable and I bought this roku instead.

Bought unit to use in Korea. Espn, Amazon prime will not work because IP address is in Korea. Will try on next trip with VPN router.

Navigation is a bit cumbersone. Commercials are frequent and very repetitive. Sometimes the same commercial is shown 3 times in a row during a single break. Latter, however, may not be under the control of Roku.

1. after a month, the backward function is way slow. Many times, I thought I did not press hard enough and press Roku again, but then it does the commend several times. 2. HD is only 720, when my TV is 1080

Roku keeps playing the series, if u fall asleep the series will keep on playing & you will be lost in ur show. I like how the wii make you press play after every show. Also it doesn't fit in very small tvs

Bought this as a gift for my father in law and he says his Sony Bravia no longer worked as soon as he connected the Roku to the tv.

ROKU streaming HDMI stick is great for my non-smart tv, i cast netflix with it. The only safety concern is the roku stick appear as wifi, anybody can see it anytime.

The product works like it intends to the only issue I have is you really can not use the remote that comes with it. It works better to just download the app to your device and control the stick that way.

I bought one of these because I was looking for a low cost way to get HBO Now and Plex on my TV. It does get that job done, but the interface is slow and laggy especially with the included remote control.

My only issue was my wifi would not connect as expected. Make sure you have a strong router signal or you will be frustrated.

Audio cuts out a lot and freezes at times. The good news was it was easy to install! I would look into other options that may be better quality-more money!

I haven't tried it yet as our cable box was too old to support it. We just replaced the box so I hope that it now works. I was diappointed that the enclosed coupon had expired several months ago

I spent at least a good solid hour trying to figure out why I couldn't get this to work. Then I discovered it was a product issue and not a user issue. I returned this and purchased a different brand.

I thought it would be a great idea to get Roku, but I was wrong!! We have surround sound hooked up to our TV and because the Roku gets hooked up directly to the TV your unable to use the surround sound.

We bought so my son would have extra channels in his bedroom. He doesn't have cable in his room. This product requires a credit card even if you don't want to buy items. So we returned this item .
