Bought two of these for two different tvs. Both refused to maintain a signal very long. Was not happy with the roku. Returned both to BestBuy.

I bought this Roku in November of 2015. Now the Roku restarts constantly while I am trying to use it. Sometimes it restarts so often that I am unable to use it. Unfortunately I am unable to get a replacement through Roku since I did not buy it through them. I will be buying an Amazon fire stick to replace this piece of junk.

After the long setup process and picking the sites we wished to use we found out a few days later that we were getting charged from different sites that we never signed up for.

Love the content and the free programs available. Decent selection of free apps to choose from too. However the UI is not good. The response is super slow and annoying at times.

Purchased this product to be able to watch Arkansas baseball on my flat screen TV. Had a little trouble getting it loaded, but with the online help it went well.

Easy installation. But the interface is slow and constantly freezes. Needs a restart after every movie on hbo now.

Don't like when have to give credit card number to activate this product in order to use.

It works, but many times it is slow or just not responding. This happens often when you go backward a few times. not expensive. So, just put up with it.

It worked for a few weeks. Then it won't work now. I have the receipt am I able to return this item for another one. Thanks!

I had to call customer service to set up and still having trouble streaming especially Netflix which does not connect all the time. Very aggravating system here.

It was too complicated to figure out the instructions for set up. And we moved after setting up so didn't have patience to set it up again.

there was lag in programing. Check out my TV, Computer and no problems. Was interuppted worse than commercials. Maybe I needed the stronger model

Its a good media stick for my sons tv. Its just too bad that on Roku you cannot sideload kodi or any other apps that Roku apps

Poor screen controller (is not smooth and frustrating to move around), too many commercials, poor usability and organization, redundant commercials

Roku is the product not for everyone. It is good product but the channels I wanted they are not offered free. For example Asian Channels.

The remote would disconnect itself from stick unit at will, and the stick would not connect to the wireless network. I returned the Roku Stick and bought the Roku 3 at Costco for $90 (it comes with HDMI cable). Had no troubles setting up the Roku 3 whatsoever. Save yourself the headache of the stick, and just buy the full product (Roku 1, 2, 3, or 4).

It sounded like a great idea initially until you realize it can not draw power from the USB and need a dedicated AC power still.

I love the price. I don't find it overly easy to use. It works ok for me but my husband who is technology challenged would end up trashing it.

Its an ok item if your on a budget, can be sluggish at times and have to reboot a few times.

This older Roku is quite a bit slower than the 2016 version. Go with the newer one.
