Disappointed

I want either a new one or a refund. I do have a different Roku and it works very well, I think my Roku Stick is defective.

Great alternative for streaming

I was not happy to find this out . I also was was not going to put one on file . 2.5 hours later and two phone calls with customer service I was directed to log on toy computer so that a website could be viewed and a override so that I did not have to use a credit card , if this didn't work it was going back to the store ! This was a horrible experience . Now it's working however as it is the second I've purchased I will not buy again .
