Make sure your wireless connection is good. Also I had a lot of trouble with router settings from my wireless provider. Do yourself a favor and just buy a smart TV.

The product, while providing the services described, it extremely slow. It has poor response time, and on occasion, is slow to render the image/audio.

The roku stick is not an item I would recommend. The charger breaks easily. I purchased this and the box one and would not recommend the stick.

Purchased Roku with insignia tv instead of buying a samsung smart tv and haven't been able to use it yet. Having issues connecting with my comcast router.

Waste of $49... bought it to use while traveling but it doesn't work on any of my Visio TV's either

This was too large to fit in the ports of either of my TVs. I'm sure its a nice device, but I would not know as it never worked for me.

I purchased my first Roku about two months ago. After two weeks of fairly moderate use it stopped working. No warning what so ever. I contacted Roku and the online helper could not wale me through the process to get it working again. Return to Best Buy. Again I downloaded and signed into all of my apps and began to watch. About two weeks later. Fried again. I will be returning it and not getting another streaming stick.

I needed a Roku and ended up getting the stick in March. Just after my return window, I find out that there is an upgraded stick, so I can already tell you now, don't mess with this older model, get the upgraded stick as I'm sure it's much faster (claimed to be at least 4x faster). The wifi isn't great, I can have my laptop in the same place and get full bars, but on the Roku signal will be poor.

I purchased the Roku stick from best buy a month or so ago. I just recently hooked it up and tried to use it.The remote would not pick up on the Roku stick, and the remote itself would not even light up. I tried to change the batteries multiple times. And I also tried to troubleshoot the remote from tips off of google, nothing has worked so far. Will be bringing in to get it looked at.

This is a very nice product that is very slow to boot up. Very slow. Ridiculously slow. And, I get a thump on the stereo.

Not the fastest response time for a Roku...If you don't mind a delay in searching this Item would be great for You

I thought this would be great for travel. When I tried to hook it up in the hotel it didn't work. I could not initialize it until I got home. I travel a lot and by the time I got home Best Buy said I could not return it because it was after 15 days. Geek squad completely unhelpful in fixing it. Best Buy customer service unhelpful too. This thing simply is a lemon.

Initially had bought the roku streaming stick and was a faulty product. Returned and purchased a new one. Was extremely difficult to set up. Had to chat live with a representative that was unable to assist and then had to pull in a third party to set up. After three hours of setting up, no applications will load. Have been unable to use this product. Very unhappy.

The program does not work very well. For example, a movie that is playing, stops and pauses which is disruptive.

Difficult to find free channels. Poor explanations on how to use.

I am not quite sure how to use it, I have it , but there are no instructions on how to utilize it in written form, so when I go on line, it is confusing and, not even GEEK SQUAD can assist me. so I kept it in hope that near future, someone will know how to use it, so I can watch ESPN or SEC sport channels. so I paid under $50.00 for something I cannot use. YET!!!!!!

I could not get my Roku to work. I spent hours on the phone with Roku's customer Service, and I STILL can't get the Roku stick to work. Blame has been placed on Xfinity and my Router, but my Router works just fine with the PlayStation 3 the Roku stick is replacing. I returned the stick and bought a streaming Blue Ray player, and I have no problem streaming Netflix.

I bought a Amazon Fire TV Stick and less than 24 hours later I returned it for the Roku stick. I have the latest Roku 3 in my living room and I loved it so much I decided I should get a streaming device for my bedroom. I got the Amazon Fire TV Stick because the reviews were pretty good, and let's be honest it was cheaper. I found that device so cumbersome, I returned it immediately. The Roku stick works just as well as the Roku 3. The design, ease of use, non-buffering streaming, and pretty cool remote (that has more buttons than the Roku 3 I bought last December# makes this a perfect streaming device for me. The TWC app/channel #which is like mini-digital cable) works on the Roku where it didn't work at all on the Amazon Fire TV Stick.

I was very impressed on how easy it was to set up the system.
