The Roku stick has been really fun. Enables us to watch the Disney apps and Netflix and the other usuals. I've enjoyed using it for March Madness, also VidAngel among others. Worth the price. Sometimes the stick doesn't respond immediately to the remote, otherwise great.

I needed this to watch out of area baseball games and it really comes in handy. I can also get many apps from this and move it from tv to tv. The only problem is that I have to keep remembering to change the input to start it up. Why must all new gadgets be so cumbersome to use?

allows me to make my TV a "smart" TV without having to add a smart DVD. this TV is mounted on a wall, so a separate DVD player is not an option a there is no place/shelf to put one. Easy to set up.

I'm not very good with anything electronic but this was very easy to install and use. I'm using it primarily for Netflix and it takes you right there. No complicated directions. And now I'm always looking for new applications/sites. Looking forward to getting NHL games on my TV.

This is such a great product. The Roku stick easily turns any flat screen TV into a smart TV. my fiance and I can now watch on Hulu and Netflix subscriptions on our television with ease. the Roku stick travels well and it would be a great addition to anybody's entertainment regimen. I'm in love with the Roku stick.

Great little device is user-friendly, simple to setup and very easy to use, much easier to use than Chromecast. Takes full advantage of our LG TV’s 1080P/240 options; provides crisp clear picture with continuous play mode option. Loved it so much, I went back and purchased another one for my Insignia Smart TV.

Great product for streaming, my wife love it. We had it for 3 months and had no issues. The performance and picture is great. Will buy more soon.

I have a Roku 3 which is phenomenal and wanted to get my mom a good starter streaming device and for the price this was the perfect option. Its obviously notably slower compared to the Roku 3 but still works great, just plug it into the HDMI and USB port and youre ready to go.

Needs a stronger signal than other WiFi enabled gadgets, but other than that works as advertised. Smoother play than Chromecast. If you are looking for free TV, this isn't it, but if you already have subscriptions to some of the channels this is the simplest way to watch them.

I have many smart devices at my house including TVs, Blueray players and other multimedia players. This one works great, has a decent interface and is easy to add new channels to. Setting up online is OK, maybe not the smoothest I have witnessed but not painful by any means.

This stick is perfect if you want international channels using SLING along with it App like Crackle will bring free movies and TV . You can use amazon prime and best part I liked about it is the benefit of having xfinity at home , I already use HBO and SHOWTIME on this stick without any extra charges.

Great product for the price. Easy setup. Must have a good bandwidth for the best quality of streaming. Some programs, like WatchESPN, require a TV provider account, like DISH or TWC, for Live TV. Definitely recommended if you're searching for a clean looking wall mounted TV.

Having already bought 2 Roku 3s, I wanted to try this out in my guest room. It works as promised and delivers the same quality as the Roku 3's I own. Maybe it's just me or my ISP (Comcast), but I didn't notice any hard lag. There is an occasional hiccup, but nothing bothersome. All in all a great product. Now here's the con: Depending on your TV's HDMI location (which if like mine, and most, is on the side) and the supplied remote, The ROKU has a time responding via the IR. For me it was a really hard time (like anywhere from 5sec to 20 sec delay). Then if you were doing multiple commands, it might lock up on you. THE FIX: Download the ROKU app on your phone and use that as the remote. Response time as well as distance improved 80%. Most likely due to your phone's improved IR than the ROKU. That's when why I knew it's either the remote, which for some reason is an old model ROKU remote with a Blockbuster (??) video quick button, but more than likely the back/side position of the stick in contrast to your TV. WARNING: I have an Iphone 4. If you're using your phone as the remote, make sure you close the ROKU app (or plug your phone in) once you find something to watch (it does juice the battery if you leave the app on). All in all WELL WORTH $50 and highly recommended if you cannot afford the ROKU 3. FYI, in my opinion, the Roku 3 is only slighly faster than this stick, so for some of you, the stick might be the way to go (especially since the ROKU 4 might be right around the corner). FYI (before you ask), YES it does have You Tube.

In my book, it's the best streaming device out there for the price. More expensive than the Google Chromecast, but better since it connects directly to your network, and cheaper than Apple TV. Lots of channels available, easy to setup. Love it.

The Roku Stick is a small and convenient way to watch premium television. Built into the stick is access to more apps than I'll ever need. The only thing I don't like is that it needs to be plugged in, but ultimately this hasn't proven to be too large an inconvenience.

I have bought two different models in the past for different reasons and then this one for a friend as a gift. It works great and doesn't add any clutter to the entertainment center. It works really well and has great features overall. The Netflix, Amazon, and M-Go buttons on the remote are especially nice.

Just follow the directions and it is fairly easy to set up. You will have to set up a Roku account with a credit card online but they'll only charge you if you purchase their movies. We were after Netflix with an existing account and still had to set up the Roku account to properly configure. Remote is handy.

I have 3 rokus, the last one was for a gift . My friend love it. The other ones are in my living room and my bedroom y can start watching something in one and finished in the other one. Is a good investment. The roku stick dont need the hdmi cable.

Previous to purchasing the Roku stick, I purchased Google Chrome streaming stick. It was less intuitive and user-friendly then the Roku stick. The Roku stick has all the features you could possibly want or need and the remote makes a big difference. Highly recommended!

We went from spending $130+ to $16 per month to watch tv. Roku stick, a subscription to hulu and an over the air antenna is what we are now using. Most network shows are available to stream the day after their 1st airing. Only CBS wants extra money. It can be a little slow at times but have not had any buffering problems and picture quality is great. The stick is well worth the $$$.
