Slow, but it worked.

It does what it says but it is terribly slow compared to the Roku 2 and Apple TV. Spend the extra money on the Roku 2 or Apple TV (if you have iOS devices), it's worth the speed.

Not worth it, poor shipping time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I was waiting for the Streaming Stick to become available, I bought a Roku 3. At $99, it is twice as expensive as the Stick, but works very well. I bought the Stick online on 3/30. It shipped on 3/31 but did not arrive till 4/8! UPS shipped it to SLC on 4/2, and it took the post office 6 days to deliver it. The Stick was easy to setup, although it took two tries to connect to my wifi. Since I already had a Roku account, the rest of the setup was easy but SLOW. I started up a TED.com video, and it immediately started to buffer/reload after just a minute of playback. The Roku 3 does not do that. I decided then to return it and keep the Roku 3. There is no sense in having a device that under-performs. A hint for those of you using the included remote: download the iOS app as it has more functionality and a keyboard.

cheap not made well

That was a month ago and nothing , no reply very disrespectful Company, I emailed them 3 times by the way.

Keep the box - you will need it

The remote ate through half a pack of AAA batteries in less than a month. I'm getting something different.
