Allowed me to set up a tv set and watch it where there were no TV outlets available. Gave me all the channels on my network and more. Saved me money for new installed outlet and all channels were available that I had on my connect TV/box.

I found the roku stick easy to set up and easy to use. I now have access to youtube on my tv. This makes guitar tutorials far easier to follow. you have many other streaming service options as well. I've enjoyed this purchase and you will too.

I really like this product because it didn't require my computer. The problem is the workers didn't share that it's only compatible to cetain televisions. It's better to connect on the side of the television

I have two other Rokus, a 3 and a 4. Of. Course these units have more bells and whistles but I bought the stick to use on a spare bedroom TV and it is perfect for Netflix and the hundreds of Roku stations

Current owner of a Roku 2 and Roku 3, but needed one with less cords for a portable monitor. Took literally less than fifteen minute to connect and setup. Only wish is that the shortcuts were able to be customized for other services.

I had doubts about this product at first, but now I'm sold. I now have two ROKUs, one for the living room and one for my bedroom. There are so much to see and do with this neat little stick! We now have Netflix and Hulu Plus on our ROKUs.

I bought this to replace a Roku 2 which would frequently lose a signal. I have a dual band router so I was interested in the Stick since it was also dual band. I set it up on the 5 GHZ frequency and I have not lost a signal or had it buffer yet like the Roku 2 did. It also has the newer software where you can log into different users. I just had enough complaints from family members when they used the Roku that I decided to make the change to the Stick and hope for the best and it payed off. Power can be provided by plugging into an outlet or into a USB port on the TV. I chose the outlet even though I could have used the latter just to make sure I was getting the necessary power. Google Chromecast is a bit less, but the Roku Stick is definitely the better deal for me because you get a more features and channels and I like having a remote too.

Needed something to use Nexflix and Amazon prime on a second tv. It works great and never lags like our smart DVD player does in the living room. Liked it so much I bought a second one to use instead of the DVD player to stream movies.

I was looking for a streaming option for netflix and hulu and landed on the roku. It works great as described, streams in HD with the only real load time being when you initially plug it in. It's easy to move around the house to various tv's.

This little stick is a great deal. It was very easy to set-up, and use the menus. Signed up for Amazon Fire in just a couple minutes. Very reliable and offers a wide variety of choices.

This product is easier and faster than any I have tried before. No extra devices to make it work and very user friendly!

I already have a Roku and its perfect for what I want to watch. I've been trying to "cut the Dish cord" and will be doing it soon! My parents are enjoying their Roku as well, even though they're not as tech savvy, they're figuring it out!

This is a good alternative to cable or satellite. Mo more costly monthly payments or contracts. A one time purchase. Most channels are free, some shows or movies cost money. Good selection for free TV watching.

Bought this for my Mom, who is an older lady. She loves & said it was easy to use & setup. But, I am used to my smart tv, so I notice that it loads things longer.

This was very easy to install and begin using. I love the fact that we can use an app along with this...as a remote along with other features. Love it!

I purchased this device mainly to give my television smart capabilities so that I could stream netflix and Hulu Plus without having to kill my X-Box 360. I am really impressed with the speed at which it starts and stops shows. I am less impressed with the other "channels" which area really just apps many of which require purchases or existing accounts on another format. Anyone purchasing this product for the amount of channels available should check to make sure there are channels that you have or are willing to pay for. I considered the extra channels really as a bonus because I knew that it had what I wanted to use and as a result I am very happy with my purchase and the ability to even use my phone as the remote.

Purchased this for my 70+ in-laws. Super easy for them to use, especially since it doesn't require the use of a smart phone or iPad device. They love it and use it all the time.

Easy installation, easy to use, lots to watch, has opened up entertainment doors I didn't know exist. Even watching stuff with my teen-aged granddaughter for the first time in years

The Roku Stick is a great gift idea for someone who doesnt have a smart TV. It turns any TV into a smart TV and gives you access to thousands of programs!

I love the accessibility of options that allow you to enjoy watching a variety of programs. I did not give five stars because the remote control does not work well. I have to access the Roku menu from my IPad
