Got it for my Dad as a gift. He is not technology savy, so this device is great as it is easy to use.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the Roku Stick. It has a ton of options and meets all of our viewing needs.

Best streaming app/product I've had. Prefer over my smart tv

Good to use for apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Trouble steaming media from an iPhone though. Very slow and constantly disconnects from Roku. Recommend Apple TV for streaming iOS devices. Not sure on windows or android devices; haven't tried yet, but know can be mirrored. All-in-all a great buy if you can get on sale.

This is my second Roku stick. They're great, efficient, easy to setup and wifi connection is great.

ROKU is a device that permits you to view streaming movies on your home TV. I have it hooked up to the 3 TVs in our home and it allows us to view a wide variety of movies which we would otherwise have access to. The reception is HD and everything so far has worked smoothly. A great respite to so much of the junk available on cable and broadcast TV.

This is the third Roku stick i have purchased. Setup is easy and there is a good selection of content.

Plugged this into my smart TV and makes my life so much simpler. Got another one for my other TV.

I was able to hook this up to my tv and use it immediately and with ease. Not complicated at all.

The Roku streaming stick was simple to set-up and stream content. The only complaint I have is it seems slow to load programming compared to my iPad. We bought this for our 10 year old son and we like that we can control the channels he has access to watch.

This streaming stick works very well and is very convenient to use. I also like that it's more portable than the other ROKU devices so we can take it on our camping trips and use with the TV in out camper. Really helps keep the kids occupied at night when it's time to wind down.

I bought this for our living room TV, since I thought my wife might not be able to learn ChromeCast as easily. Setup was easy, but you need another device to confirm the hookup, and to register. Yes, another darned thing to register with a name and password ! The main Apps were pre-loaded, so I only had to add an App for Sirius radio that we subscribe to. It was intuitive and easy. If you are able to program a DVR and playback, then you can do this! I would recommend to anyone. Our goal is to "cut the cord", and so far, this will make it easy for us to watch Netflix, Hulu, listen to Sirius, and probably more Apps to be added in the future. The reason I gave it 4 stars, is because the initial startup is slow when you turn on the TV, possibly one minute, and annoying to setup ... but even though all the companies require this kind of procedure ... doesn't mean I have to like it! :-)

I bought this Roku streaming stick to go with our mounted TV in front of the treadmill. I like how it is hidden behind the tv. This is our first stick, but third Roku device. The thing that sets Roku apart from its competitors are the clean menu screens. Reminds me of how much I love TiVo too. I have owned Apple TV and even though I love Apple products I returned it for a Roku. We also have a Netgear device but Roku trumps it as well.
