great so far no cons, other than sometimes it locks up but i think thats a network problem

I would have given this 5 stars but unless your router is less than 20 feet away it is not strong enough to stream from. Easy setup, will not work on all tv's due to it's size. Found I had to use on new tv with the hdmi on the side not the back which happens to be up not straight in. have lost the 2nd hdmi due to size. Spend the extra money and get the next box up which will allow you to plug a cable into from the router, you will be much happier.

Not being very familiar with smart tv's and the many different viewing options, this purchase has turned out to be a great place to begin the journey. This is the least expensive entry model that Roku has to offer. The device (stick) was a tight fit into the HDMI input area of my VIZIO 49" TV, but works fine. The expanded channel options (beyond the channel apps available on my TV) are worth the price.

Bought this for my son's room so they can watch their favorite shows instead of purchasing additional cable service. So far so good. No complaints from the kids. When I was shopping around I found this one to be a better option from the google chrome cast and amazon gadgets. I plan to purchase another and may get rid of my ridiculously priced cable provider.

Roku 3 is very easy to install, and use, with it product no point to really have cable.

I have not had any streaming issues, good quality for the price. Easy to fix and use.

I needed to access my Netflix and other internet delivery TV at an alternative location. The Roku is the cheapest, simplest, and most efficient way to accomplish just that. The remote is absolutely terrible and I had to re link it over and over but if you download the app to your smartphone that works just fine over the network. If you don't have a smartphone, the awful remote would be a huge drawback.
