The remote is user friendly and the screen savors options are cool. Systems works great! A lot of variety of apps. Unlike the Apple TV, you can download apps from a store instead of only having preselected options.

Only gripe I have with this product is HBOMAX not being available. ROKU is supposed to be a neutral platform so it's very disappointing that they still haven't resolved this issue with WarnerMedia.

Ultimately they suggested returning the unit to Best Buy for a new one and the experience with Best Buy was simple and fast. My main reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that the several people at Best Buy that I spoke with on the unit and on its alternatives did not seem to know anything about it. I understand that it is difficult understanding the full line of products but I thing something as popular as ROKU would be one that could have some direction or assistance. That being said, Best Buy was very good otherwise. So far the new unit is working fine. Set up did take a little time and some things that were on ROKU's site and on XFinity's site (because connecting to them was my main reason for getting one of these) did not match the actual directions provided. But things worked out and we are good to go.

Roku streaming

You are able to access Apple TV and Netflix with this. Also a few of the station on Spectrum. I was hoping to access more of the Spectrum stations so I could get rid the Spectrum box and remote.
