Bought this for friends. You need to be prepared for detailed setup and have your router SN ready. If u call for help and someone asks u for money ($100), u are talking to a hacker in Poland. No kidding. It happened to me. I finally got set up by calling another number at Roku and it is working fine so far. This is my 5th Roku. It is a great product.

This product is wonderful, if you already have a cable box in your house, and want to have other channels in your house. It gives you many choices for channels and works well

works great, but there is a bit of a delay or lag in real time sport programs compared to direct cable, e.g., a play is delayed between 30 secs to 1 minute.....so if you need to know or see something (e.g., touch down, home run, etc) the second it happens....be prepared you might not get that real time. For what I use this product for, it really is perfectly fine. I do wish that the Roku app that runs on my tv would have some ability to see the info attached with the viewing program like the way Xfinity shows on their guide; many programs on the Xfinity app with the guide have no information about a particular viewing.

We bought this because Hulu discounted their app on our DVD player. PERFECT! And we were able to get the Spectrum app so we now have our cable running in our room.

I purchased this device because I was tired of paying for cable. Best investment I've made by far. I recommend the stick because it's so easy to use and you can take anywhere.

Easy to set up. One remote. Dummy proof! I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a tv. I look forward to taking on trips to watch movies while away.

cut the cord this summer. the house looks so much better without all the cable boxes. streaming stick is plugged into the back of the tv. you do not see it. working well so far.

I have purchased several ROKU's. I purchased this one to have with me on the go when I travel and to use in my office. It does everything my larger units does and it works great.

Great product you can stream, watch Netflix, YouTube, use for Spectrum as well. Any tv that's not smart can be converted. You will not be disappointed. Purchase with confidence.

Nice little unit. However, it seems to get pretty warm while watching a movie. I don't know if it is really necessary now, with a lot of the same apps as part of televisions nowadays. The remote doesn't always work, and I'm only 10 feet away.

Works well for what it is designed for. Find that the USB unit over heats and sends you to the web site for instructions that just don't help. Not sure why the unit wood have an overheating problem. Often times need to turn it off to reset.

We have three separate devices throughout the house. You only need one, but we are to lazy to move it. We stream everything with no cable bill and are very satisfied.

I bought this for my parents and they love it. It's easy to use once you get everything set up. The set up is a little tedious (so many accounts to sign into), but not terrible.

I use this for the TV in my bedroom which does not have "smart" capabilities. Works like a charm. I also like the fact that the included remote is able to turn on/off my TV.

I bought 5 of these. Was able to dump my cable equipment which was costing me a lot of money per month. Super easy to install and make the home page your own. Like this item!

Replaces my $200 cable bill. Besides having the watch the commercials Roku stick has a lot to offer including all the channels and movies I want to see at a much lower price than cable

I was pleasantly surprised when I purchased this and hooked it up. Very easy set up and the best part is now I won't have to pay spectrum extra for a box, I can just download the app.

This works as advertised and is very handy. There is a volume control on the side and a voice command ability. This is an upgrade from my first ROKU and I am pleased with it.

Nice device. Not 4K, but not a big deal since the TVs that I use it with aren't 4K anyway. Excellent value as this streamer works great. Easy to setup and zero issues.

Roku streaming sticks work great. Cut cable and go with these! I have all my same live tv channels and HBO and I’m saving $120 a month. Work great and easy to use
