||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The placement of the volume buttons led to some issues in turning on/off our Samsung TV (2016 model). Before we figured out that we were pressing (unintentionally) the on/off button simultaneously with the appropriate button meant for turning the TV on, we were frustrated/irritated with a device (ROKU) that wasn't functioning properly. Once we figured out what was happening, no further issue. The volume buttons need relocation, especially for right-handed users. The other issue is the ROKU "dance" that you have to watch before you get to access the app you want to use (only an issue on initial startup each day.) Not a perfect device yet.

Roku

Three of them work great and are worth the expense. One of them gets hot and does not work. Roku has no support system and will not respond to my questions.
