I bought a second one for my bedroom. Very happy with it. Very easy to manage. The Roku channel offers free movies though they have adds.

My cable company decided to go "all digital" as they say or scramble the signal as I say. After looking at the different devices, I decided to try Roku to stream my cable service to my TV instead of getting another cable box at $8.00 per month. It works fine and I can watch the same stations because I am streaming my cable service instead of using their box. The picture quality is similar but it takes a short period of time to download the programming and start watching the shows. This is not instant viewing like the cable box. However, the Roku does give me other viewing options that I do not get from the cable company. Also, it allows me to download several network apps and I can watch live or old network programming as if I were watching them on my phone or tablet.

Im very happy with the savings Roku had brought to my wallet. It works great with my Samsung smart tv.

This was the cheapest solution to make my old flat panel TV a smart TV. Installation is easy and Roku has an intuitive navigation.

I cannot believe I almost sold a perfectly good TV because I didn't want to deal with calling out the cable company, paying more and dealing with wires, boxes and all the extra ridiculousness that is "the cord." This TV is not a smart TV and yet now, with Roku, it essentially is and I'm so pleased! I have plenty of TV apps, all of which I can now access with this Roku and NO CABLE CORDS/BOXES/WALLET SQUEEZING. Honestly, one of the best $50 I've ever spent.

This device was pretty East to set up, and helped us eliminate some remotes needed to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. initially the Spectrum app was unstable, but seems to work OK after multiple device resets.

Has worked great! I really like Roku have several of them and have been a really good streaming device for us!
