Product works great setup not easy

When I went to set it up, I found that the process easily led to a third party connection. Very disappointed that it took multiple times for Roku to help me activate it because the phone connection with the foreign talking reps would not work in order to hear each other. Three phone calls later, they were able to reset the box so I could activate the unit.

Good gift for someone who has the TV and apps

Gave it as a gift to my girlfriend who has a flat screen tv that's not a smart tv. Now we can watch all the programs that can stream to her tv.

Easy Install. Remote not very user friendly

GOOD, BUT GETTING PHASED OUT
