Just what I needed

I purchased it prior to handing it off because I am her "tech support". I used it while I was on the road and discovered that the hotel I was staying in didn't have the Wi-Fi bandwidth to run this properly. Once I got home and tried it on a less crowded network, it worked like a champ. There are a lot of channel options and I am still exploring all the options.

It kept over heating even though there was no clutter around the unit nor was it in direct sunlight. This thing got so hot I was afraid it would melt or cause a fire! I have had a Roku devise for many years and this is the first time I was unsatisfied. I exchanged it for a Roku express and it works fine. No overheating issues at all.
