I was pleasantly surprised to know it has a volume and mute button on the side, along with a voice recognition to open apps!

Best tool for cutting the cord

We plan to cut the cable cord and just use all the services provided through Roku! Works fast and easy. Easy to set up as well. Worth the money!!

This means that I don't need to keep the TV remote around. Very good for the price.

I like this over the cheaper one as you can adjust the volume on this remote, you cannot on the cheaper one. I’ve owned this model on other TVs for years.

Wish I would have purchased years ago!

It's quicker (no buffering and we're on the same internet service) and all the apps available are great!

Missing Apps?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So my fathers smart tv went through an update and like half of his apps were completely wiped from the App Store, so I suggested a USB for them. I came across the ROKU streaming stick and found out that not only did they have what the tv was lacking, but even add ons and extra apps, including free movie streams :) father is extremely satisfied with it.

Perfect for the Job

This does it all. And it's simple! I wish I'd have gotten my father this instead of a FireStick last year.

One of the best streaming sticks

The interface is user friendly, the device itself is responsive but the best feature about it is the fact it can control the power and volume. It may seem like a small thing but have it makes such a big difference it's hard to go back to my firestick now
