I love that it also has other features besides what Xfinity offers. We only received one box when we signed up for cable and this allows us to use another tv in our bedroom that doesn’t have a box.

Works great- remote is limited

There are two things in particular that are limiting. One is the remote- it has limited capabilities because it has no numbers so everything is arrow up or down. Second is that fast-forwarding (on DVR) freezes the picture so you have to guess when the commercials are over (there's no "smart" start/stop on any shows either). Could be user error or learning........ It is easy to add new channels and that selection process is slick.
