Great item. Super easy to use and I am able to get apps that I didn't have access to before.

I purchased this product so I can cut the cord from high and continuing climbing cable bill. After connecting my TV with this product works great. The main issue you got to have a good WiFi, without a good WiFi, you will experience a lot of buffering. But this product worked as designed and I would purchase again.

Great product and easy to setup. This is the second one I bought.

Only one complaint. It said to call their number for set up help. When I called the number they said I would be charged a one time set up fee. I said the paperwork said there was no charge. They argued and I said I would just return them then. However, my nephew came over and set it up very quickly without roku’s Help. That was a sham!

Roku stick I purchased works great, I especially enjoy the free channels and easy navigation from one channel to the next.

Replace the lost remote and needed no programming. Awesome!

I had an existing Roku today n a tv and wanted another one for my 2nd tv. Works much better than the smart tv to download Netflix

Setting up was fast and simple. Easy to use and navigate.

I only use Roku on all my TVs and am very satisfied with the features and performance. I recommend the higher priced ones that allow you to sync it with your TV and therefore, only use one remote and they also have voice capabilities. The express makes you use both the Roku and TV remote.

Ended up returning this unit and tried all other Roku models but none of them support surround sound on any receiver that does not have HDMI inputs. I have perfectly good and high end stereo equipment that does not use HDMI inputs and instead allows 5.1 channel surround sound via TOSLINK (optical connection). In order to get surround sound from any Roku, their technical support informed me that I would have to buy a whole new receiver which is ridiculous. I even tried to buy an older reconditioned version of the Roku that still had the TOSLINK out port but they refused to sell one. It is sad that they are forcing people to replace perfectly good audio components which cost a lot more than a streaming device just to get surround sound. And yes, I did try other technical routes like splitting the HDMI audio out to a TOSLINK connection with equipment from specialty manufacturers but none of it is compatible with the Roku streaming devices.
