If you aren't familiar with Roku there are a large number of free channels to go along with the standard paid channels such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. The stick plugs into the HDMI port and charges from the USB port so all is hidden behind the tv.

Challenging for the not techno savvy

Able to plug into a tv where the signal is obstructed by the tv and works perfectly. Hard for my husband to deal with 3 remotes-original tv remote to change the input, Roku remote and cable remote. Also notable, although the tv IS smart, it is old enough that Netflix isn’t supporting it. The Roku was a relatively inexpensive way to update the TV.

Worth the money

The small investment buying it pays for it's self quickly. Can be used on your TV as long as it has a HDMI hookup and you have WiFi in your home. You don't have to run any cable to connect to your Comcast channels just use the app on the rocu

Good for our application

We purchased the Roku stick but it didn't work well but that was because of our weak wi-fi. Once that problem was solved (we purchased the Google 3-pack wi-fi system) it works fine. Nice to not have to pay the cable company for another box.

Rocking Roku

The savings should be about $100 a month for me. Wish I had a comprehensive channel guide, but that's not possible with several different providers. The stick allows quite a few options itself!

Love the voice remote

Works great and I’m looking at replacing my other roku remotes with these. As for the steaming stock itself, I wouldn’t bother with any other brand. These guys have it figured out
