Apprehensive however on further purchases @BB after finding out about "RETAIL EQUATION" and how you can be put on their Black List over Product Returns... I understand their position but would still prefer just paying a "restocking fee" on returns.

Good product to replace cable tv or satellite

We are living in a rural area and this product is perfect for what we needed at the time. The internet from the cable company is not the best but for the most part, the roku has rarely had a problem.

Couldn't get it to run for more than a few minutes. Got hot to touch. Customer support sent us a free extension they said would help, but of course, not until we got home, where we don't need it. Would recommend a corded version instead of the stick.

HDMI and a nearby USB port or wall outlet and you’re good to go. All your favorite channels in one place. Take advantage of the free trial periods many networks offer. Use the Roku app and turn your phone into central station and a remote control. Love it.
