Bought it as a gift for my niece and she loves it. Wish I had bought a few more.

This is a great item I already have one so I that I get one for my other smart tv

I recently purchased the ROKU 3800R streaming stick and it only worked for 11 days. The minute I started to watch a movie, I had a warning flash on my TV: "Device is overheating." I immediately followed all of the tips that ROKU support provided. I even ordered the free HDMI extender cable. To no avail, it still overheated. I searched the internet to figure out what could be causing the problem and this is a known issue. I even saw a customer alter the device on a YouTube video in order to stop it from overheating. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to stop a device from overheating. If it is known, ROKU should have a case that does not allow for overheating. I am returning to Best Buy. It is not worth the hassle and worry of destroying my TV in the process. I am looking into buying an Amazon Fire stick. How bad can it be?

Roku is where its at better than amazon if you ask me. also being able to use the remote when someone is standing in front of it is great. and 4k. we got this on sale. fantastic and small no wires just plug it in and quick setup.

Good little device, works well just don't lose the remote. Very hard to replace.

Perfect system to watch live TV and many other apps. We have xfinity box in two rooms and all the other rooms have Roku sticks which saves since you don’t have to pay for additional cable box. Very happy with the purchase.

Just learning about Streaming TV. Roku makes it easy to operate.

This Roku device worked perfectly. The setup was very simple and connected to my WiFi network seamlessly. I have several of them on various sized TV's from 19" up to 45" 1080p and the video is great. There is a fairly large latency between the cable and this (about 45 sec) but it's not a problem. The only features I wish it had are 'mute' and 'last channel' buttons. Great device and I recommend it highly.

Easy to set up. No wires. If it could start up faster it would be nice.

I wanted a way to watch Netflix on my Home Theater System without buying a Blu-ray player. This Roku Streaming stick was the answer. It supports 1080p and 720p HD screen displays and it has 802.11ac WiFi for connecting to dual-band routers transmitting at 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

This streaming stick does good for the price. It does go slow at times in sling tv.

Easy to install and view different channel apps. Everyone in our family uses the Roku.

I have purchased this Roku stick; so, I could begin streaming TV stations. It works so great that I have cut the cable. I also love that I get a much better variety of TV stations. This works so well that I have purchased more.
