Good product for a beginner. My son enjoys watching shows on Roku

It's handy. However. It's not easy to go where you'd like with ease, for instance there's no numerals, no last channel, the menu is too small as displayed to determine the channels, meaning you have to test your pick of a station to see if you selected what you intended to, it can be time consuming to switch between station, without a long drawn out process.

Replaced my cable boxes with Roku sticks. Don't keep giving your money to big cable companies. If you have Spectrum, just buy Roku sticks instead of individual boxes in each room. Works great with a solid internet connection and bandwidth.

We just purchased this Roku Streaming Stick for my teenager. We read the reviews for all Roku devices and after speaking to a knowledgeable Best Buy employee we decided to go with the Stick. My daughter could not be happier, it was a perfect fit for her!

Friend told me to buy a roku. Have bought 2 now. Love them

This Rokuonly works in an HDMI1 port. Unfortunately, HDMI1 is the only port that works with the Spectrum cable. If I want to watch TV, I have to plug the Spectrun cable into HDMI1. Then when I want to stream anything, I have toget behind my TV and remove the Spectrum cable from the HDMI1 port on my TV and plug Roku into HDMI1--a REAL annoyance. This Roku stick streaming stick buffers A LOT--every few minutes. The TV needs to be in the same room as your router, and very close to the router. My townhouse is tiny--only 1200 sq ft. There's no way to move my router closer. Roku sent me an adapter and that improved streaming a tiny bit. It's better than nothing.

Well designed and ergonomic. Love to power on the tv and control the volume from the roku remote. Works fine but sometimes it just stops streaming and return to the roku home screen. This happen once every one or two days approximately, but to be fair it only happens when streaming Sling. Now I'm trying Youtube.tv and I haven't notice any "reset".

We purchased this for a test bedroom tv that doesn't have tv service to it. This allows anyone using that room to watch programs. We love the Roku platform and feel it's the best one available. The voice search feature is pretty cool too.

Our previous Roku took power from the TV. This one has its own power cord which seems to be better in terms of connecting. We do have to turn off the power strip at night. I wish Roku made a way to select favorite stations.

I love the Rokus. This is my 3rd one. They work so much better than the built in TV apps. It's a smoother experience when navigating. Also love all of the diggerent streaming services, paid and free that u can download.

What a financial win. Roku with a service for $35/month or $145/month for cable? Cut the cord and save some $$. The only downside is the slight learning curve for my family. $110/month = worthit

The easiest way to consume TV services bar none. Although not true for this unit, I've had a couple of Roku sticks die on us in the 3 years we've been using this, so manufacturing quality not brilliant.

Instead of paying a monthly fee for a cable box- we simply use this Roku Stick with the Spectrum App built in already. We get the cable channels and the bonus of being able to login to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. PERFECT! Thanks Roku!

I love this roku. I use it as my cable box. What a money saver.
