Bought it for the xfinity app. Works great. I love the favorites list of channels. Saves a lot of time not having to scroll down the guide since the remote does not have buttons to enter channel numbers.

After paying years of money for cable television, we cut the cable. I won't miss it. You have a decent selection of programs to choose from on the Roku stick. Plus it cost a lot less, depending on what you choose.

We got the Roku- Streaming for our 1080P LED TV . Follow the instructions online or smartphone for the Roku and your done! That simple and enjoy the programming . Got this for our spare room to watch TV and very glad to have this.

Purchased in Dec. Have not used it yet to review because as soon as we plugged it in we were contacted by Best Tech Support which are not affiliated with Roku. Recently found out that company is a scam. ROKU does not charge for support. Charged $160. Would recommend but do not answer phone after plugging in and caller identified as Best Tech Support.

There are a lot of channels I knew about already and there's even more I never knew existed. It's the best buy, no pun intended, that I've purchased. The Roku Stick makes it easy to subscribe to Hulu, Netflix and many more channels.

I can't leave this plugged in or my TV does not stay turned off, it keeps popping back on even after turning it off with TV remote. Have to leave it plugged into the outlet but laying on the TV shelf & the end is always hot. I've called support several times to ask about this but just get kept on hold for over 45 minutes. Overall I am not impressed with Roku, all the "Free" channels are just loaded with commercials & I can't get any local news or weather. I still prefer Cable & the DVR. And it's not possible to load the streaming app I have a subscription to, SelecTV, onto Roku so I am disappointed with it.

I have an older LCD tv in my room that is not smart tv. I plug in this Roku stick and the apps run through the device onto the tv (making it a "smart tv" through the Roku stick). It is fantastic!

We use this item in rooms where the tv has no cable connection. Like it very much connects directly to our WiFi and allows us to connect to all cable channels and even those not available on cable. Would definitely recommend

The roku stick has allowed my family to get rid of the tv boxes and wires that got in the way. Much better for childproofing the house. apps choices are great and we have the opportunity to keep adding onto the stick as the family grows.

This was my first streaming attempt and it went extremely well. the roku stick was easy to setup in my non-smart tv using the HDMI input and now we're free of cable. Loved it so much I went and purchased a roku TV for the bedroom!

We decided to cut the cord from cable, but not all of our TV’s were “Smart” TV’s. We got this for the TV’s in need and it connected to our WiFi perfectly. Haven’t had an issue and helped us cut the cord without any regrets

the company that own this product wanted me to take out a monthly subscription that I could not afford didn't make sense since spectrum said it should not cost a thing. Sorry to lose it.

The Roku TV sticks are easy to install and easy to use.

Although not the cheapest Roku on the market this one packs great value. It reads wi-fi better, and with the voice-activated remote control it makes searching for movies and shows much easier.

Super user friendly interface. Purchased for my dad who absolutely loves watching movies and longed for the blockbuster days. He’s 70! Taught him how to use Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services. He absolutely loves it.

Works great with my Insignia 1080p TV. The internet is not too fast but the videos never freeze. Pluto has a good variety of free channels to watch. Although they are not famous channels they are great because they are free!
