Didn’t want Spectrum to drill into my second floor bedroom from the outside (previously had UVerse which had a wireless receiver). So I got this Roku as it has the Spectrum app. Remote is nice to have.

I love my Roku stick! The voice doesn’t always work just the want want it to but it sure is a whole lot better than trying to hand peck one little letter in at a time on my old one.

Roku has allowed us to cut our cable bill, lose channels we never watch, and gain new ones. We have it on three televisions in our home, and do NOT miss cable, or that huge bill, AT ALL!!

We had a TV that was about 5 years old and we recently cut the cord and needed an easy way to use a streaming service. This was an easy option and my wife likes the voice remote too!

Two for home, one for cabin. The only minor complaint I have is that it's harder to find information about a movie or show than it seems it should be. I want to easily find the year released, the whole description, lead actors, and ratings, similar to what you get with a cable provider.

This has been helpful to bring back channels no longer supported on our lg smart tv. Also has more channels for free that allow you more tv viewing when you don't have any live tv

Our cable company went all digital which meant we could not use 2 of our TV's that were not smart TV's. Roku is fabulous! Not only do we get all of our able channels but so much more! Great Free TV!

I mainly got it for my lg smart tv because LG no longer supports hulu. But I use so many more apps than just hulu. Thinking of getting rid of cable now so all in all worth it!

Love Roku! It's my favorite way to access my streaming apps. I like the stick version as it means I can just plug it in the back of the tv and it is out of site.

Having trouble getting it to work nice with my Smart TV, have to unplug is every morning and plug back in to get the Roku home screen back on. Still trying different things to get it to work nice together. But I love having the Roku features.

We cut the cord a year ago. We have a an all direction antenna and then Roku sticks on all our TV for streaming. Roku is great, lots of choices including their newly added Roku channel with free movies.

The only problem I have with the Roku Streaming Stick is that it does not have an IR receiver in it. The RF receiver works great with its own remote, but I love my Harmony 650 universal IR remote so much that I couldn't stand using another. So I took the stick back to BB and bought a Roku Ultra instead.

The Roku Streaming Stick that I purchased provides us with access to 500,000+ movies and TV shows for hours of endless entertainment for the entire family. The voice remote control is a great feature!

I set this up for my grandma in 5 minutes. She's getting older and can't get out of the house as often and is over cable. It took about 15 minutes to teach her to use and she uses it all the time now!

Did exactly what I needed it to do. My smart TV was spending a lot of time buffering on Roku streaming Sling. The Roku Streaming Stick eliminated the problem.

I like that there is no box and the stick is behind the tv the only thing is the remote does not always get the signal when you point it at the tv. But overall same great product.

I really like Roku but am enjoying my FireTV sticks more right now. Not that the Roku is not a good platform, it is. FireTV seems to have more options. Of course where or not you are in the Amazon echo-sphere or not cold be a factor in that too. I am glad to have both as well.

Does what it is suppose to do, flawlessly, it’s a good tool for those who need to stream channels and don’t have a smart tv. Also good for the free streaming channels.

I love the idea of this product, and the interface is clean and easy to use. But it's only been a year and a half since I bought it, and it's starting to die already. A few months ago the sound would cut out out on me, and I had to reboot. Then the picture would freeze, and I had to reboot. Now, the picture freezes, and when I try to reboot, my tv doesn't see the device. After unplugging, and rebooting a few times, it sees it again. Ordered another Roku device, hoping that the problem was either just a single faulty product, or that the stick devices overheat and damage themselves.

I bought three of these for my vacation rental. The guest mode works great and is perfect for a set up like this. Big fan of Roku's and the functionality.
