It has all i need. My parents have a 1080p tv so this worked perfectly for both of em. Now they can watch what they like on TV and other streaming services.

Used it to replace my Amazon fire stick which was not working well when streaming Sling, specifically CNBC. Roku works much better as it does not drop or freeze the stream.

Roku is hands down the most user friendly and app filled option for making your TV a smart TV. This is a great option for any TV to add anything you would want to access.

I canceled our direct tv service & now we only use a Roku. We mainly use it for Netflix & Amazon. There are several good free channels , the roku channel, tubitv, & Sony crackle.

This Roku stick works great on the TV I initially set it for. It was advertised as "portable, take it with you while travelling" but when using it on a different TV it will not turn off. Maybe I have to reset the device each I use it on a different TV. But hey, it is great on one device.

We like Roku because we have saved about $15+ on our cable bill each month. It picks up all our channels from our main cable box thru the WIFI signal, even in the garage! We now have three Roku total.

A nice offering from Roku, to provide additional shows and movies for free. A nice alternative to cable and paid services. There is a limitation on channels offered, but well worth my purchase.

This Roku Streaming Stick allowed me to add a streaming app that is not usually found on most Smart TVs. I have found it to be very versatile in accessing other streaming apps!

My parents just started streaming Hulu n Netflix on their phones, so I bought this roku for their tv since it didn’t come with apps pre-installed. Much better than watching on a tiny screen

I have grown tired of cable and dish and wanted more control over what I watch, at a more reasonable price. This is one of the ways that I am able to achieve my goal.

Works as designed. You don’t need to purchase a rocky subscription. If you have the Netflix app on your tv, then you don’t need to buy this. This is primarily for those who don’t have a smart tv.

I bought this to use instead of my "smart tv" apps. Works great, I do have it connected to a smart plug so I can turn it off when not in use. My attempt to keep it from over heating.

No problems with the Roku except getting used to technology which is significantly different from cable TV; very different navigation. The Roku itself allows accesss to much more than cable.

This works great in my husband's mancave. He'd been having issues with the distance from the router so we switched from the Roku Express. Now he has no issues!

Love it bye-bye cable wires and seven dollars a month given to the cable company for a small box that doesn’t work 1/2 the time. Voice remote is wonderful!

If you are an Xfinity customer and want to save some money buy this device...turn in you those extra cable boxes. Just download Xfinity Beta App on Roku for FREE. Roku has a device for 4K TVs.

Was plugged in to tv that sits on a dresser with nothing around it and nothing encasing it, only open air so it should have not overheated had to unplug and leave alone for the day still get roku message every now and then saying it’s overheating.

Love using this - have so much more content to choose from and cost so much less than paying for cable!!! Quality is great - we've had it over two years already.

Am really enjoying the roku!! I chose option B to get Sling for a month free! Can't beat that!! Already have Netflix which I really enjoy!! Sign up for HBO to go or CBS news for low prices!!

Returned all cable boxes except for the main box saved me a great deal of money and they work so well if you have WiFi. Just waiting for the okay and I’m returning my main cable box.
