buying one of these for all of our TV'S and getting rid of cable. this will save us a ton of money. There are a lot of channels we get free and even get local cable channels too.

This is the first streaming device I've ever used so I can't really say if it's better or worse than any other. I have Comcast for my provider and the one complaint I have about the Roku is that it won't show all the shows I have recorded on my Comcast account so that is a real downer.

I originally purchased the express model but after unboxing I took it directly back to the store because the remote didn’t have the volume and it was not as sleek as the stick. Roku needs to somehow update its operating system soon but besides that it works great for direct tv now app and others.

I was disaapointed that my older roku was no longer supported. Recycling the older Roku for a discount on a new one would have taken the sting out of the hefty price tag.

Turns any TV into a smart TV. Roku is an amazing platform that has many different "channels" which can provide free TV shows and movies or offer paid alternatives such as Netflix and HBO.

I absolutely love this product, even more than the firestick. The movie access is endless, every genre etc. Don't hesitate, you won't regret this buy.

I'm still getting use to how this works, but I'm learning, and it should be worth it for paying 1/2 what I did for cable. Something I don't like is that you cannot see commercials when you fast forward, so you don't know when the show is starting again. That is frustrating.

Lots of channels for FREE! Can watch youtube, netflix, food channel, disney, amazon, espn, all the news channel, etc when you want to watch them. Worth the purchase.

when cable went digital we had to either rent a box from cable company or purchase Roku Stick. Only complaint is getting used to searching for stations. Sure cures my husband's habit of surfing!

This has been a great investment instead of paying for another cable box. little hard to get used to using compared to a normal remote but definitely worth the cost.

Bought this for the inlaws since we were trying to convince them to switch to DirectTv Now. It works fine and has ok speed. The problem is anyone who wasn't born in a time where computers were common may have problems. We gave up on trying to teach them but that's not the fault of the device

I brought this Roku as an upgrade. I like that this one has a volume, and mute button. This stick/remote is all I use since purchasing Spectrum. Nice & simple.

I have a Roku ultimate which we have had a few issues with (needing to restart, split screen screens, sound cutting out etc). We got this for a second tv mainly because our other devices don't support the spectrum app. Working seemlessly so far. No 4k but I knew that at time of purchase

I switch from a fire stick to this Roku for the Xfinity app. It saves me money every month now that I no longer need a cable box for that tv and I couldn’t be happier with it.

I found out that roku has a contract with Comcast and that I can use the xfinity streaming app with roku. It works like a box and even lets my watch showed I have saved on my main box. Because of this I was able to get rid of a box and not have to pay a monthly fee for the box. Saved me some money.

The only shortcoming that this device has is its remote connectivity. Sometimes takes awhile for the remote to connect to the stick. 5 minutes or more. Even with a fresh pair of batteries

Best Buy’s sales rep recommended this roku streaming stick so that I could watch Astro games outside while in the pool. He told me to download the Xfinity app and it works great!

I really enjoy all the streaming options the Roku stick provides, especially allowing me to return my Comcast boxes and stream all my channels through the stick. I know own two sticks.

We originally had Chromecast but as a Amazon subscriber, we needed another service to use. Very pleased with the abundance of channels available and the product has worked as expected.

Purchased the ROKU to connect to my normal Spectrum TV service without using a cable box. Took a little getting used-to, but only a few minutes. Works great; quality is excellent.
