We did not understand at purchase time that we would need to activate at a $39.99 charge, but this is for a 6 month support contract. We've had to use it once to improve the Spectrum SW. But has been working great and will pay for itself in 8 months by lowering Spectrum costs.

Bought the product to turn my tv into a smart tv to avoid the expense of another cable box. The remote is not intuitive and I was not able to pair my tv remote to get full remote function. Otherwise very happy with this product - slow but that was expected from the reviews I read.

Have been using my Roku to watch streaming TV and it's been great. Helps save on the extra charge from your provider to get extra boxes in the house, and you can use it in any room. Love it!

Bought to stream spectrum and used to replace fire stick. So far so good. Used for about a month. Good price to bring additional apps into tv that didn’t have enough functionality

Great way to upgrade a digital TV. Be sure to use the power source that comes with it to prevent issues. Your TV may not provide enough juice.

One of the basic needs of your tv especially when it has dedicated hdmi ports and you have a decent wifi speeds. It just makes your non-smart tv a tad smarter.

Purchased this so we could Watch Netflix/Amazon in the bedroom and it works great. No cords showing like the small box-style so everything hides behind the (wall-mounted) TV.

Wanted to get away from cable and after much research decided to get Roku. Has all that we wanted. Only issue is the location of the volume button on the remote.

The reviews on line were good for Roku. But what sold me over Google's system was the Best Buy associate who recommended Roku's system with its very good remote.

Moved to a bigger place with more rooms, which means one more TV to add. So naturally, we needed another reliable Roku stick. No issues at all. Works perfectly fine.

The instructions for set up were easy to follow & understand, especially for older technically challenged people. I took very little time to start streaming. I love it!

Saves me a lot of money now that I don't have to pay for cable or satellite. My only issue is that there is no mute button and also the remote will only turn the tv on but not off. Still a great device and would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to cut the cord.

A new Roku had problems so I called BB. They said drive up and pick a new one up. The whole transaction took about 5 minutes and it was obviously virus free

I have Apple, Amazon, and Roku streaming devices and the Roku is still king. Easy clean interface and with the added hardware update of the latest device it is a pleasure to use.

I love how responsive it is. Private listening through the remote would be nice, but using the mobile app is good enough. Then at least I can use Bluetooth headsets or ear buds.

Bought this for my mother so she would have access to watch Bridgerton on Netflix. She’s enjoying the show so much. We can’t wait for season 2

IMO Roku remains the best and most convenient streaming solution in hardware and software. Now with the option of power over USB the platform is even more efficient.
