This device works like it is suppose to. My problem is I have a IPTC steaming service for $10 per month and I get over 500 channels. In order to watch the content you have to download a 3rd party app which is a player. I did so with no problems. 3 months later Roku banned the app and does not allow nonapproved 3rd party apps. So i bought a firestick and I love the product. Much better than Roku even if i didnt need to download the app. Firesticks interface is so much better than Roku's I wish i had just went with the Firestick instead of the Roku to start with. I would rate the Roku a 4-5 if it allowed the 3rd party apps I am speaking of.

This exactly what I was looking for media entertainment ala carte . I have found shows, comedy, stand up sesions and music . PS all for free . you do not have to use anything else.

This was a gift I gave to my mother and father and they love it!! They have entertainment they didn't have and now they have plenty of choices to watch the things they love !

I purchased this for my husband in hopes of getting rid of cable. I had my doubts, but after he hooked it up and started to watch, he's a believer. Cable will soon be a thing of the past.

Great device. Easy to work. Glad I bought it. I never truly understand tech stuff but this was a snap. Good advice from staff too—very helpful.

My biggest issue with this unit is that it became very hot within minutes and after a couple of hours, it overheated and service was interrupted. I'd recommend only if it's used for a couple of hours at time.

Kenwood Stereo gives Excellent sound, reception and features. With the kit it seemed like it was made for the car. The Kenwood speakers front and back really complement the unit.

We love our Roku’s! We have two in our home. Saves us so much money versus doing cable, and there’s so much more to watch. Highly recommend!

I have added subscriptions to Sling TV, You Tube TV, and Fubo TV to examine channel varities and my internet speed and WIFI both support a good quality viewing on my 32" new Vizio TV.

The Roku is great. If you have Comcast Cable, you can use the Comcast App on the Roku in lieu of paying for a cable box. It works very well.

Roku express is an excellent purchase. The remote on this upgrade also controls the TV. That is worth the extra cost. Like the base unit, this is simple to setup and use.

Can be frustrating to set up, if the TV and ROKU don't talk to each other properly, or ROKU has trouble linking to a wireless network. Why ROKUs don't automatically upload new software is annoying. Seems like one has to buy a new ROKU stick every year or two.

Everyone was very helpful even though I had to take the first one back. I enjoy the streaming stick and may purchase the newest one soon. Everyone is willing to help even with all the stress of Covid. Nice to have friendly people.

We just cut the cord from Directv and will be using Hulu and Netflix. We had a few TVs that do not have internet access and the Roku works great!

I have three of these. If your HDMI port comes out of the TV sideways, it disappears. They have a fast processor and are almost as good as the more expensive boxes.

love my ROKU. Just need to know that you sometimes need to upgrade the software. Very easy to get started even if you are not too techy!

We have used this for vacations. We plug it into hotel TVs and use our own hotspot to get channel access. It works great and it's not frustrating like hotel TV access. I don't bother using it for business trips, but when we have out 12-year old along it sure helps.

Needed to get some streaming services that older TV could not get. Worked great. Voice remote and Alexa both work with ease.
