I was afraid I would have issues seeing that the room I have this item in is on the other side of the house from the router but it never spins looking for a connection.

When we moved, we were hoping to stream television rather than pay for cable. We had the internet hooked up and bought two of the Roku's to use on the living room and master bedroom tv's. We didn't realize we didn't have unlimited data on our internet. Our $70 a month internet ending up costing us $170 for the first month. $70 for our normal charge and then $100 for going over our limit. At $170 for the internet and another $40 per month for a streaming service, it was much cheaper to go back to cable and pay $130 a month rather than $210 for subpar streaming service from Direct NOW.

Bought four ROKU's for some of our many TVs - easy installs, great functionality and a way to lower your cable TV bill by turning in digital adapter boxes no longer needed.

I purchased this product to use for my outdoor TV. The great thing about it, though, is that you can use it with other devices. So easy to use once you locate a handy USB port!

This Roku stick does exactly what Inwant especially as a Comcast/Xfinity subscriber. I didn’t need to pay rental for an additional HD box plus now my older Sony HD tv is Smart!

I got this roku stick so I could stream with Spectrum on my tv, but apparently Roku removed Spectrum because of a contract dispute. It would be nice if Roku wasn't known so much to have problems with other companies.

Purchased to replace an express + which does not have dual band and a terrible wifi antenna. The stick works fantastic and has a strong receiver on both 2.5 and 5gz bands.

I have 5 roku sticks, and got a really good price ar Best Buy. I got one for my mother in law who is technologically challenged,and she has no problem using the stick.

User interface is much better than my Visio smart tv. Roku app lets me listen with my headphones. Planning to buy a couple more for my other TVs.

I think most folks have a definite leaning for their streaming devices. We're a Roku household and find this to be just the ticket for the TV on the deck.

My husband was injured and confined to the bedroom for several weeks and this device provided the programming he was used to viewing on the main tv in another room.

the roku stick is amazing. One problem them I kept on experiencing is that after some time the usb stick stick, from all its hanging on the tv, started weakening to the point it no longer worked and best buy did not want to return or exchange it.

I just love my Roku and the large availability of apps. I do have other brands but Roku is my favorite. I was testing as I will soon be a tru cord cutter. Leaving cable YaY

It was not easy to set up. It would connect to the home network, but had difficulty connecting to the internet. It complained of "LOW SIGNAL". I had to move the router to facilitate the set up of the ROKU. Additionally, the remote turns the TV on but not off.

We have purchased a few Roku sticks. They work well and are a great alternative to cable. Once in a while, it requires resetting (just push a side button). Functions well.

With Spectrum going WiFi streaming through out your home all you need is to rent 1 dvd box and put a Roku stick in the rest of your TVs. Works awesome and saves you box rentals

The device does everything as advertised. The only reason it doesn't receive 5 stars is because it doesn't power my television all the time. No matter how often I change the batteries, there are still issues. Aside from that issue, it's great when working properly.

I like just plugged it into the USB port of Smart tv and was watching a program in minutes. You do have to establish an account (Free).

I have a Phillips TV and does not have easy accessibility to view other networks outside the cable we are paying. Roku allow us to view Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and others. Love it.

I had an older 'hockey puck' Roku box and have enjoyed using it over the years. The new stick makes for a simple and great TV experience. Get all of your services all on one device.
