Enjoyed having the Roku and eliminating cable bill. It has taken some time to find free channels but you must do your own research to find shows that you enjoy. I do miss some live sport shows but I may add a live tv option later.

This is our second one purchased, we put this one in our bedroom. Downloaded the spectrum app and returned the cable box. Just wish the remote had a way to go from 1 channel to another with out having to scroll from channel 2 to 551 for example.

Purchased for tv in guest room so I dont have to keep cable subscription...has been great for when guests want to stream their own shows while visiting.

Easy ordering and then pickup in store. Easy to install and set up. It worked right away. I will continue to use Best Buy and ROKU in the future. Thanks!

I've been using a Roku for years and have always been satisfied with their products. NOT SO this time. I bought the "stick" after being told it was an upgrade. Faster. Better. Easier to use. Not so, I'm afraid. It's slower than my other Roku 2, I was getting messages on the screen that it was "over-heating" and it often didn't recognize instructions from the hand-control. So, I returned it -- and went back to my trusty Roku 2. So, my recommendation: Don't waste your time or money. Buy a faster external unit that won't over-heat.

I am now able to view spectrum cable in two rooms without the cost of the cable boxes! Perfect for these guest rooms that are seldom used.

I love the Roku. I even have the Roku TV. Well worth the money if you want to get rid of a cable box or cable. My daughter also has one in her college apartment.

It works great. I can screen cast to it from my phone so I don't have to type 1 letter at a time to search. You can take it anywhere. Good product.

we hoped to be able to access our comcast service remotely on our tv, but this doesn't seem to be able to do it .... otherwise, it has opened up a few more channel options and it's nice to be able to watch youtube on the tv instead of a laptop

Works perfectly. Turned a Vizio smart TV into a smart TV that actually works. Was going to just buy a new TV, but this saved money and works brilliantly.

The Roku - Streaming Stick with Voice Remote works well and the only issue I hope they update in the code is for the voice activation to work whenever you need to enter data like a login. Otherwise, it's voice search is pretty intuitive.

Have used older Roku Streaming Stick in the past and it worked so ended up purchasing this to add another TV in different room.

Functions as advertised. Word of warning: the remote eats batteries like there's no tomorrow so best to get some rechargeable batteries.

I have four of these and all work great. Much better than a smart tv, much more versatile. You can easily download apps that are not factory installed.

I was having problems with my blue-ray player working all the time when I wanted to watch Netflix. With the Roku I have had no problems. Glad I bought it!

With the high cost of cable and other like tv providers, the Roku is a viable option. I would recommend it as a option to consider. We like ours

A Best Buy employee helped me pick the appropriate streaming stick for my TV. It saved me money and I'm happy with the streaming quality.

Purchased for a spare remote and it came with a cover which I like. I have not had any problems with it and it was a great price from Best Buy

LOVE THIS! Works so much better than it’s predecessor. Never disconnects like the other one. The I love the volume/tv control.

Excellent purchase so far. Seems more responsive than my older Roku box and gets great signal strength even on opposite side of house as WIFI.
