    Good device. Could have better quality and features, but overall one of the best available. Support was good to replace some remotes due to having to push too hard on the buttons to get movement.

    I found Apple TV to be more versatile and easier to use. Nothing wrong with Roku if you’re not an Apple person, but there is so much more you can do with Apple TV.

    Everytime, after 9minutes, the unit overheated and would give the tv used an "overheat message". Returned the defective piece for another.

    Use to be a really great product. Roku is now starting to really fell off. What great about roku is being able to convert any tv to a smart tv, without needed your smart phone. Very convent, yet another strength of roku is now waning. Having 1000s of Channels (apps) throw that out the window. They lost hbo max. Lost sling and countless others. Other options, yet will be about 20 or 30 dollars more would be a invidia shield, android tv built in. Or is you have to cash for it. Apple TV.
