Can't get it to work on my TV

I got this one because I liked the feature of the voice command but despite doing everything Roku has suggested, I continue to get "low power" errors and have not been able to use the Roku with my tv. I tried using the old one on this tv and it was incredibly slow to the point the screen would turn black for literal minutes before allowing me to try to do something else. The tv is not that old so I dont know why there are so many issues.

Great way to stream
