East to install. Love that the remote has voice control. This is my second ROKU product.

Hooked up to a 32 inch 720p tv and just works. I like that roku is platform agnostic so I dont get pushed towards using one service over another. The dlna streaming could be better as the format support doesnt work with mkv with hd audio. The interface is a also a divisive, could it be falsiher and modern looking? Yes, but at least it does it primary job of streaming from online services fantastically, so I'm willing to give roku a pass.

I love this roku! It has volume controls on the remote, easy set up and great shortcut buttons.

This Roku is very snappy and I love the new remote that can turn on and off the TV and controls the volume too.

I just love Roku streaming stick. I had firestick before and yes it is a good streaming service, however i felt Roku had a bit more selection on app downloads. One perfect example for me was Spectrum app, firestick does not offer it yet Roku does. It connects well with wifi, no buffering. I have 3 Roku sticks in use in our home and I do not think of changing streaming sticks

Let me start off this review by saying so far I love my my Roku Stick. I have it plugged into an old, but good, Toshiba TV in the bedroom. Prior to the Roku Stick I had a Chromecast plugged in. To me, this is a big upgrade. Being able to browse apps and content on the TV instead of having to use my phone is great. The OS while a little basic gets the job done very well. The ability to set the Roku remote up to control the TV is an awesome added bonus, not having to fiddle around with two remotes adds a lot of value to me. Now, for the short comings, or places I think this could be improved. I would love to be able to plug an Ethernet cable into it. The WiFi just doesn’t seem to cut it while trying to stream movies from Plex server. I double checked all the settings and it just doesn’t seem to work right. The ability to use the remote to switch inputs and channels on the TV would also be very welcome. A lot of us cord cutters have antennas for local stations and this would mean never having to touch my TV’s remote again. Finally, the voice search is pretty terrible/unusable. Other than those couple of things this little stick is great value for the money and highly recommended for anyone with a “dumb tv” that they wished had apps. I’ve been recommending the Roku Stick from the first day I had it.

I am not a tech guru AT ALL! This product took me about a half hour to set up completely with the use of my lap top. I have had absolutely no issues with the remote or signal. It doesn't take anytime at all to boot up each time I use it. I realized quickly that the tiny remote is not durable, so I keep it on the coffee table for safety. I LOVE that I can watch my shows whenever I have the time to do so. VERY happy I treated myself to Roku!!

If you are not into 4K, this is the stick you need. Plenty of apps, easy to use and a great performance.

Used this on older TV that’s doesn’t have streaming on it. Now I can use Netflix and other streaming apps. Good to have volume control on this device

I remember seeing everyone scramble on black Friday for these years ago when it came out thinking whats the big deal? Well I was totally missing out. I have a smart TV but I still use the Roku. Gives you access to all kinds of channels and so easy to use. Best gift I have gotten myself. I even went back and purchased a second for my bedroom. Have cable but rarely watch it. Love my Roku! Works great. Easy set-up. Never have trouble with it.

Purchased the Roku Streaming Stick first and was extremely satisfied. We then purchased a second when we decided to cut the cable at another property as it is located downtown. The Roku offers great streaming features as well as choice. We can basically receive all the channels and information we received when we had cable. Easy to install and easy to use. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Got it for my parents who are not tech savvy. Pretty easy to use once get hang of it. Lot of different apps.

A great product for the price. Lots of free entertainment. Easy setup. You do need a credit card for access.

I bout 2 of these devices for my bedroom because I watch Netflix and asking SlingTV and the quality and experience was well worth the price and worth purchasing NOT UNLOCKED saves the risk of hackers
