Used this on older TV that’s doesn’t have streaming on it. Now I can use Netflix and other streaming apps. Good to have volume control on this device

It's cool and getting a variety of movies on my tv. Down side of it is that I don't like always on and connected to modem. When I press the power off it turns off tv but have a funny that the roku is always connected and might get hack and read other devices connected to my router. I'm old school. So far other than that it's ok.

I just love Roku streaming stick. I had firestick before and yes it is a good streaming service, however i felt Roku had a bit more selection on app downloads. One perfect example for me was Spectrum app, firestick does not offer it yet Roku does. It connects well with wifi, no buffering. I have 3 Roku sticks in use in our home and I do not think of changing streaming sticks

I was hesitant on purchasing the Roku device, but since Chromecast was sold out I decided to try it. I’m glad I did. It is very user friendly and provides lots of free or low cost TV and movies.

The Roku Streaming Stick was very easy to install and had clear concise instructions. Bought this for my tv in my bedroom which is not a smart tv. With the addition of all the Roku related channels it has opened up my viewing choices immensely without having to pay for satellite or cable channels. Also if you follow the Roku blog it gives you links to additional channels which you can add to your menu! Love it!

I selected the Roku Streaming Stick for my 72 year old non technical sister. She has a 1080p TV so did not need the 4K Stick+. Installation had a couple hiccups - you should definitely use the AC power adapter instead of the TV's USB port and let the stick update it's firmware before using it. Once installed, it is very easy to use and works flawlessly. The menu interface is dated, but functional. My sister easily setup her Hulu account and explored the other Roku streaming options. She loves it.

This is my third Roku stick. This was to replace one damaged in moving (oh yeah and get the latest tech) I have been off of cable and only getting my TV streaming from Roku for 3 years now.

I bought this because my Roku box (cute little purple thing) just stopped working and wouldn't pair with the TV. After spending lots of time on the phone with customer support, they said, just go to Best Buy and buy a streaming stick. But my TV is an old SONY plasma and the stick will not connect and gets very hot, so I have not yet succeeded. Results are not in yet. Getting is was easy enough and the people at Best Buy were very friendly and helpful, but no one asked what kind of TV I had.

Easy to use. Love the volume control. It is also so portable. I use it with several TV’s around the house.

I love my Roku, this is the 3rd one I buy. I love it! Way better than the Amazon fire stick.

I have only used the Roku 3. I bought this as a gift and they said they "love it" and "it's awesome." They plan to get another. So, since it made the recipient so happy, I call that five stars!

I have two at home and my director and manager both complained about their TV bills so I told them how to cut down their bill. Hearing they will look into it I got them the Roku for Christmas.

We were replacing a Roku device that was just over 2 years old that rarely work. Well, this one works like a champ. What we especially love is that you can point the remote in the GENERAL direction of the TV and it works the first time. (The prior remote had to be pointed at the Roku stick from about 8 feet away and at an angle so the TV screen was not in the way (so move about 10 feet from where you were to get the remote to do anything.)

This product is the best. So easy to hook up and program. Picture quality is perfect.
