Ok for streaming, but remote is flimsy and temperamental.

Easy access to major streaming apps, remote could use update and voice activation. Overall decent value

I love having the ability to watch great movies on Netflix. I was able to lower my cable bill as a result.

Was a gift for my mom. I prefer fire stick, but this is what she wanted and has had no complaints.

It's much cheaper than cable, but must have good Modem and Router for streaming or else it cuts out alot.

This does save quite a bit of money over having cable TV, and Roku offers quite a few free movies. We currently have Spectrum so we are able to connect to the Specturm channels on our Roku. However changing channels can be cumbersome. You have to scroll through the options using the channel guide rather than having number to select. But it's still a good buy

The Roku performs well. I wish that the remote was able to control tv volume.

this is a great way of streaming movies tv shows its a nice way to have quality time with family

The options on this Roku are great, but it has issues consistently receiving wifi signal. Our router is in the next room and we still have buffering issues that we don't have with our other devices. The cord is also fairly short, so we had to rearrange to get it to reach the outlet.

It was a little involved to install. I was not happy that they force you to give a credit card number in sign up for an account. I wanted it for free TV. The free programs are not that great. A lot are old shows. It is just a way to suck you into paying for something that you might actually want to watch.

Way better than the basic roku. And the controller can do volume on your tv.

It is a little slow changing channels in streaming TV and start up, but is great once you get use to it.

This item is great for a guest room that does not have any cable connection. Pays for itself immediately

over heats in less than an hour ive tried to go on the website many many MANY times and order this so called extender thats supossed to help prevent the over heating ... NO SUCCESS

Bought and within 15 min a message started to display that the unit was overheating. So I decided to get power from the wall outlet instead from the usb port from the tv, thinking it might do the trick. But I kept getting the message no matter what I did. The roku stick was super hot to touch. So putting up with it for a week I decided to return and got the Firestick instead. So far the firestick has worked great with no issues whatsoever.

doesn't work that great with plaster walls. have to get a booster for internet to reach upstairs.
